Which Frequency Are You Accessing?

When we talk about being “from another dimension,” being a higher-dimensional being, or accessing higher dimensions of consciousness, I think we need to shift the way we understand dimensions altogether.

Because, bro...

You have all of the dimensions within you.

The question isn't *what dimension are you from?

The question is:

Which dimension of Mind are you accessing?

Which frequency are you tuned into? Which lens are you perceiving reality through? And what aspect of consciousness is actually expressing itself through your body, your beliefs, your nervous system, your emotions, and ultimately, your life?

This is where the "Dimensions of the Mind of Light" become important.

Reality Is Being Perceived Through a Lens

Think of the Cosmic Being, Source, God, as perceiving reality through an eye.

A lens.

We exist within this Cosmic Being as individual expressions, cells, facets and faces of the One Consciousness.

And just as Source perceives through us, we perceive our individual reality through a lens.

That lens is colored by our beliefs, our awareness, our subconscious programming, our emotional state, our ancestral imprints, our level of embodiment, and the frequency we're currently capable of receiving.

So when someone says they want to “ascend,” I don't see this as escaping the physical world and floating off into some magical higher dimension.

We're changing the lens through which we perceive the world.

The Lower Lenses of Perception

When we're operating primarily through the lower three chakras, our perception can become rooted in fear, separation, scarcity, lack, survival, lust, blocked creativity, control or an over-identification with personal power.

This is the independent “I” rather than the “I AM.”

When these centers are out of harmony, we can experience life through separation.

We believe something outside of us holds authority over us.

Life is happening to us.

Someone else has the power.

Something external must save us.

Something external is responsible for our suffering.

And from that lens, we unconsciously continue creating a reality that reflects the frequency we're operating through.

This is why healing is so much deeper than "positive thinking".

You can slap affirmations over an unhealed subconscious all damn day, but if the vessel is still tuned to fear, you're still picking up the fear station.

The Heart Is the Bridge

Then we begin moving into the heart.

The Soul.

The heart becomes the bridge between the personality identity and the Godhead.

As we embody more of our Soul essence, our perception begins changing.

We move toward compassion, equilibrium and understanding.

We begin recognizing that the experiences we've walked through weren't simply things happening "against" us.

There are lessons within them.

There is refinement within them.

There is strength being forged within them.

And through self-reflection, contemplation, inner-child healing and genuine self-awareness, we begin dissolving the identity that was constructed around pain.

This is HUGE.

Because so much of what we call the “ego” is an identity created around the experience of being separate.

Who are you when you are no longer required to organize your entire identity around what hurt you?

That's where things start getting interesting.

We Are the Many Faces of God

I see us as the many faces, facets and expressions of God, out here living the dream.

The Maya.

The illusion.

The great cosmic video game.

And right now, collectively, we're moving through what I associate with the “short season” of Satan, or Saturn, and the lessons of the root chakra.

This is the confrontation with fear.

Limitation.

Authority.

Survival.

Separation.

The work is not simply to reject these experiences, but to move into the depths of ourselves and alchemize them.

To become sovereign within ourselves.

To break through the limitations we've inherited and unconsciously accepted.

To bring the root into harmony and eventually yoke the physical and etheric aspects of ourselves together.

And the people who choose to actually do this internal work begin changing the hologram because we're no longer feeding the same fear structures.

Welcome to the Cosmic Boss Battle

Source descends into the depths of itself through us.

We experience these different layers almost like levels of a video game.

And eventually, you get to the boss battle.

You want the diamond armor?

Well... you're gonna have to mine for it. 😂

You have to develop the tools.

And one of the greatest tools is self-sovereignty.

We learn to recognize and overcome the limiting lower mind, subconscious beliefs, inherited karmic patterns and ancestral imprints that have been operating beneath our conscious awareness.

You don't bypass the depths to reach the Light.

You descend into them and illuminate them.

That's the alchemy.

Your Body Is a Receiver

Now we get into something I LOVE.

Your body is a receiver.

Depending upon the planetary alignments, frequencies we're exposed to, our genetic resonance and our own level of consciousness, we're constantly oscillating and attuning to different frequencies.

Think about radio stations.

All of the stations already exist.

You don't create the station when you turn the dial.

You tune into it.

The higher frequencies are already here.

The dimensions are already here.

The potential is already here.

The question is whether your vessel is capable of receiving the signal clearly.

This is why integration matters.

As we attune the body and our genetic resonance to these higher frequencies, our perception begins expanding into possibilities that were always present but previously inaccessible to us.

From Raw Emotion to Alchemy

I connect this process with the elemental nature of the body: Earth, Air, Water and Fire, and ultimately the fifth element, Ether.

Our raw emotions contain tremendous power.

They aren't something we need to demonize.

They are material for alchemy.

The rage.

The grief.

The fear.

The lust.

The envy.

The pain.

The survival response.

All of it contains energy.

The question is what we do with it.

Through conscious alchemy, we stop allowing these raw forces to unconsciously control our perception and begin transforming them.

This is where the symbolism of the Seven Deadly Sins becomes fascinating to me.

The separate self, the personality identity attached to trauma and suffering, begins dissolving as more of the Soul is embodied.

We're no longer merely reacting.

We're becoming conscious of what is moving through us.

And consciousness changes the entire equation.

The Fifth Element: Ether

As the lower centers become more coherent and we move through the bridge of the heart, we begin accessing what I associate with the Ether.

The fifth element.

The unbridled field of potential.

This is where I connect the symbolism of the noble gases, the elemental body and our movement toward becoming increasingly conductive beings.

There is something beautiful in the language itself:

Noble.

We activate the nobility within ourselves.

We refine the raw material.

We become more conductive.

More luminous.

More capable of receiving and expressing higher frequencies of consciousness through physical form.

This is where Kundalini symbolism also enters the picture for me.

We descend into the base of the spine, into the root, into the depths of ourselves, to awaken the seed and raise that current upward.

Not because the lower body is evil.

Because the Light is hidden within the depths.

Becoming a Luminous Being

As we become increasingly conductive, we begin drawing more of the etheric into physical expression.

And now we're not simply talking about what we're capable of receiving.

We're talking about what we're capable of wielding and expressing.

We become more radiant.

More coherent.

More electromagnetic in our expression.

More heart-centered.

More capable of allowing Spirit to descend through the vessel without being distorted by all of the personal static.

And yes, within my framework, I believe this process involves more than a psychological shift.

I see it as a process of transfiguration.

A transformation of perception, consciousness and ultimately our relationship with the physical body itself.

This is what I mean when I speak about becoming increasingly plasma-like or semi-etheric in expression: consciousness and matter becoming increasingly coherent rather than existing as two separate realities.

Your Planetary Frequencies Are Cosmic Radio Stations

This is also why I work with the planets differently than simply treating astrology as personality traits.

To me, the planets represent frequencies.

Star systems.

Cosmic radio stations.

The positions and relationships of these celestial bodies describe frequencies we're receiving and interacting with.

But our level of perception determines our capacity to receive and express them.

Two people can encounter the same energetic frequency and experience it completely differently because they're receiving it through different levels of consciousness.

One receives static.

Another receives music.

Same cosmos.

Different receiver.

And the clearer we become, the more Spirit can move through us without distortion, interruption, attachment or those annoying little commercials created by the personal identity.

That's when life begins moving with more ease.

More effortlessness.

More flow.

Not because we've escaped being human.

Because the human vessel has become increasingly coherent with the Spirit moving through it.

So... What Dimension Are You From?

All of them.

That's the point.

You contain the spectrum.

The dimensions are dimensions of Mind.

The real question is:

What are you tuned into?

Are you tuned into fear?

Separation?

Scarcity?

Pain?

Personal identity?

Soul?

Heart?

Ether?

Celestial consciousness?

Godhead?

Because when you tune into the higher Mind, the higher frequency of the God Self within you, you become a clearer conduit for Spirit.

You aren't trying to become something outside of yourself.

You're removing the static from what has always been there.

And eventually, the signal becomes crystal clear.

You are the receiver.

You are the instrument.

You are the lens.

And you contain far more stations than you've been taught to believe.

So the question isn't whether you're multidimensional.

The question is: which aspect of yourself are you tuned in, tapped in, and turned on to?
