The Celebration of Ostara and the fertility of New Cycles of Pure Light Bliss codes as we have shifted into the full embodiment of the Divine, Sophia, Gaia, Spirit.

Bring your  chair, towel, blanket  or whatever else you want to sit/lay on, as we enjoy sound alchemy attunement, prayer and ecstatic movement on the South Lido Shores. If you want you can bring an umbrella as well if you feel that 3 hours of sun is too much for you.

There will be mini veggie bites, seasonal Fruit, Saffron Sun tea & Peppermint tea Provided. You are welcome to bring any other items you wish to consume while attending, please bring plenty of your own water to stay hydrated in the Spring Sun Rays.

We will be opening this Rebirth Equinox Ceremony with a silent meditative prayer and we will have a basket to place all our intentions into, that will be released into the ocean along with flowers and herbs, to honor the ever changing, beautiful shifting tides and cycles of our lives, personally and collectively.

As we come back into our heart spaces, we open with some gentle body movements and dance among the sandy shores effortlessly as we sip on saffron tea to enhance our psychic receptivity, open our hearts and increase our fertile and abundant nature.

We will move into our guided Heart Opening Breathwork 15-20 mins of releasing & renewing our cellular structure and source connection.

There will be integration time following our breathwork session, where you can go about on your own and write in your journal, walk along the beach, play in the ocean or connect with another that is open to your connection.

As we all have time to expand in LOVE we will close our ceremony with a 15-20 min sound bath laying or sitting on our sacred rumps, allowing for our minds to silence and our senses to be stimulated by all of nature's elements, as KerriAnn performs sound alchemy with the assistance of Nature's elements. 

Peppermint tea will be available during the closing sound alchemy bath, as it invigorates our third eye awareness, rejuvenates ideas and creative flow and refreshes our tastes buds after a beautiful day under the Rebirthing Solar Rays of the Spring Equinox.
